Surviving
Life’s hard sometimes. That doesn’t make you weak, it makes you human. What matters is how you meet those moments.

The approach
The MindsetOS® is a framework for understanding how your mind operates and how to evolve it.
It helps you recognise the patterns driving your thoughts, emotions, and actions, so you can consciously upgrade the “software” that runs your life.
At its heart, MindsetOS® explores seven mindsets, distinct yet fluid states of being that shape how you experience yourself and the world.
The seven mindsets
Life’s hard sometimes. That doesn’t make you weak, it makes you human. What matters is how you meet those moments.
You’re progressing and that matters. You’re enough and growing. Success is not your worth. You’re invested in the process.
You’re in momentum. Celebrate that. But don’t hold too tight. Let it go a bit and make sure it’s sustainable.
Growth lives in uncertainty. Bring curiosity and courage. Experiment. You don’t need all the answers to begin.
You’re in your groove. Energised. Aligned. There’s joy in the doing, not just the outcome.
You lead with clarity. You inspire with purpose. You create with others. You’re moved and moving others.
There’s no forcing. Just being. You’re fully here, guided by quiet wisdom. You flow and life flows with you.
These mindsets are dynamic stages, not fixed identities. MindsetOS® helps you expand mastery within each mindset, while shifting over time toward the lighter, more empowering ones that unlock healthy high performance.
Created by performance psychologist and executive coach Ed Cornfield, The MindsetOS® is the result of over 15 years of deep exploration into human potential.
MindsetOS® grew from his work with thousands of people, athletes, executives, founders and everyday leaders.
He noticed patterns in how people respond to life: some create friction and stress, others energy and ease. From these insights, Ed created a practical map of human development showing both where you are now and the path toward greater growth.
The MindsetOS® is built on a Stages Model of psychology, not a personality model.
Most psychometrics focus on who you are: your personality traits, preferences, or fixed characteristics. Those tools describe the landscape of your current self. The Stages Model, however, looks at how mindset evolves and how we grow.
It’s not about labelling or typing people; it’s about mapping the developmental journey we all travel through, from surviving to thriving to flowing.
This approach sees mindset not as a fixed identity, but as an evolving system. One that can expand with awareness, practice, and experience.
Rather than asking, “Who am I?”, the Stages Model invites the deeper question:
